Boa Vida Estate
Boa Vida Estate is a housing development complete with a lodge on site approximately 11kms North of Ponta do Ouro. The Lodge, Hotel Phaphalati, shares its facilities with guests making use of the sea-facing private houses (see list below). These facilties include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and games area. The Boa Vida houses are situated with uninterrupted and breathtaking views of the ocean and are fully equipped for a comfortable holiday.
You do need a 4x4 to get to Boa Vida Estate and should you have one there you can then drive 3kms South to Ponta Malongane or 11kms South to Ponta do Ouro to visit for the day. If you do not have a 4x4 please contact us with regards to border transfer costs.

Boa Vida 9&10 - Serenity Ponta Beach House
This private up-market four-bedroom beach house, located in the Boa Vida Estate with Hotel Phaphalati is 4km north of Ponta Malongane in Mozambique. It is nestled in a coastal dune forest with private walkway access to the beach and 180 degree views of the ocean. The house is fully furnished and equipped and serviced daily for your self-catered holiday. Here you can enjoy all the comforts of home whilst over-looking the dolphins and whales in the beautiful Ponta Malongane bay. It truly is …Serenity!
You will have the full use of both units 9&10 during your stay.
There is a 60m private walkway to the beach.
You are welcome to use the pool and facilities at the hotel, also a mere 60m from the house in the other direction.
The house is serviced daily.
All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.
The borehole water is filtered and there is an ice-maker, but bring your own water if you don't like the brown colour.
It is furnished with a king-sized bed in the master suite and has a day-bed that can be used as a single bed. There are queen-size beds in the two rooms in the main house, and a queen-size and single bed in the fourth downstairs room and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people (with four couples) and 2 children (not suitable for children younger than 5yrs) sharing. Two bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioners and there are fans throughout the house.
You will find a gas weber braai on the deck.
There is a TV with DVD player - bring your own DSTV decoder and remote.
Most importantly, this is a space to unwind, put your feet up and enjoy a 2M or R&R!

Boa Vida Estate is close to many activities, some of which include the local shebeens, restaurants, deep sea diving and fishing spots. The busy town of Ponta D’ouro can be seen in the distance, being only a short drive away.
