Lar de Ouro

The Lodge consists of 6 double/twin rooms and 1 family room sleeps max 5.

All rooms are en-suite and fully air-conditioned, fans are also available. All windows and doors have mosquito nets, and nets are also available over the beds.

The lodge is set in tropical gardens in the residential area of Ponta do Ouro, with swimming pool, lounge, dining room and bar area.

Bookings can be made on bed only; B&B or DBB basis. Should you opt for bed only, breakfast can be arranged at the lodge at an extra cost per person. Breakfast consists of Continental and Full English, served with bottomless coffee or tea.

Please note that we do not offer any self catering facilities EXCEPT in December peak season when the resort becomes fully self-catering only. The communal kitchen and braai areas are then open for use by all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery; 3 fridges; freezers and 2 large stoves. There are two centrally located braai areas: 1 near the pool and 1 in the garden.

Tea/coffee is available 24/7 self service in our dining area (not available in Dec), as well as a small fridge is available for communal use. There is small menu avaialble up until 17h00 every day from which small meals can be ordered a la carte.

We offer a limited range of drinks at our bar at which a tab may be run for the duration of your stay. During December self-catering period you may bring your own drinks and buy ice at the bar OR order from the bar.

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and during the self-catering period there is staff to assist with cleaning at breakfast and dinner time.
