Mar e Sol is currently the only luxury holiday complex located directly on the hill of the main beach in Ponta D' Ouro. Nestled in lush green coastal vegetation the development comprises numerous luxury 4 bedroom log homes. These privately owned homes are fully serviced and boast all amenities including open plan kitchens, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, aircon (selected houses), 24 hour security and spacious parking. These houses are built on the dune overlooking the bay and some do have uniterrupted sea views from their decks. Please be aware that since being built the vegetation around the houses has flourished and some owners prefer to keep trees tall for shade as opposed to direct sea views. The houses also have direct access to the beach at the foot of the hill via a staircase and communal parking lot via wooden walkways. Distance to the beach depends on where in the complex you are situated.

• Clients are to supply the following products:
  Own beach and bath towels, own bath soap as well as any other cleaning products of your choice if you prefer to rather use your own cleaning products.

  The houses are serviced on a daily basis for an hour a day with basic cleaning such as making of beds, washing of dishes, sweeping and mopping the floors. Should you wish to hire a full time maid for the duration of your stay, you can speak to the lady in Reception. Casual staff charge approximately R70.00 per day and the fee is payable at reception.

Located in the town of Ponta D' Ouro, southern Mozambique the Complex is within walking (10 minutes) distance from all shops, restaurants, bars and is directly adjacent to numerous scuba dive charter, water sports and dolphin viewing businesses.
