Ilha Azul House

Ilha Azul House is a 16-sleeper double-storey house nestled in a quiet suburban area of Ponta do Ouro, away from the hustle and bustle but only a 2-minute drive from the town and beach. This is a very neat and spacious self-catering house with two floors and lush gardens. The bottom floor sleeping 9 people and the top floor sleeping 7 people. This house can be rented as a whole or individually depending on the size of your group. The house is air-conditioned and also has fans in all bedrooms and common areas. Both units have DSTV.

The bottom floor is well maintained and boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a modern kitchen, a large living room and a braai area for socializing. The top floor is brand new. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a new modern kitchen, a large living room and a large balcony for barbecues and socializing.

GROUND FLOOR (X9 SLEEPER): Room 1: one queen bed (own bathroom) Room 2: one queen bed (own bathroom) Room 3: one double bed plus one single bed (own bathroom) Room 4: one queen bed. Plus one complete standalone bathroom

TOP FLOOR (X7 SLEEPER): Room 1: one queen bed (own bathroom) Room 2: one queen bed (own bathroom) Room 3: one double bed plus one single bed. Plus one complete stand alone bathroom. All bathrooms have showers (no baths).

The house has its own private swimming pool and the garden has been beautifully landscaped. In the case of only one floor being rented out: the top floor has use of the large upstairs entertainment balcony with hammocks, braai area and view over the garden. The bottom floor has exclusive use of the garden and pool. If the whole house is rented out, all areas may be enjoyed freely. Note: The house has 4 extra single mattresses (R250.00 per mattress per house) that can be added, therefore sleeping a total of 20 people.

Refundable Breakage Deposit: R1500.00 per floor OR R3000.00 for whole house.

Low Season: Minimum 3 night bookings
