“Ama-Zing Beach House” within the Vista Alta Estate in Ponta Malongane, Mozambique is a stunningly luxurious up-market four bedroom house situated in the coastal milkwood dune forest close to 360 Restaurant. This home sleeps 10 people comfortably and provides access to the beach just 100m away.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the house is fully furnished with all bed linen and bath towels provided. The open-plan living area with glass stacking doors leads onto a large under-cover deck with beautiful sea views, perfect for alfresco dining. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge. The living room has a large sofa facing a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Bring your own DSTV decoder (old or PVR) and remote if you plan to spend some time indoors. The modern kitchen with granite counter tops includes an electric oven, gas fired hob and a luxurious double door fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser. All cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking appliances are provided. 

You will also find a firebrick boma for bonfires or braai’s and a large selection of hammocks to laze in as well as a spa pool and outside shower to cool off.

Malongane Cottage 21has recently been renovated to accommodate 8 adults between the house and the outside cottage. There is a main walkway from each house that leads down to the beach and the unit is not more than 300m from the beach, there is however no sea view from the unit. There is the main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge with TV & DSTV, kitchen and deck area, and not even 100m away is a small cottage with 1 bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a small deck area. The swimming pool is private and only for the cottage visitors, there is also large boma area where guests can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave; stove & oven; standard fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, all the utensils you will need as well as cutlery & crockery for 8 people. The house has a very comfortable lounge area that opens out onto the deck. The large deck has a table, chairs and a little “chilling” lounge corner. The house is serviced daily and is located in a 24-hour security estate called Vista Alta Estate. The estate also has a restaurant on its premises called 360 degrees.
